I wanted to tell you that we are so pleased with our meat purchase. Our son usually fights us about eating his meat at dinner. He always says it is too chewy or tough, but he does not complain anymore and shovels the meat in! And says “it is delicious!” We will definitely buy again.

I was invited to capture photographs of the Hess farm in August 2019.  I did not take the shots from up high (I was way too scared to climb up!).  The property is clean and beautiful, and the family explained all of the methods they use to raise the animals and maintain the farm.  In return for the photo session, I was given a mix of beef.  My family and I were absolutely thrilled with the meat – the kids insist that the beef must be from the farm.   We served meals to our friends, and now they are purchasing beef as well because the difference is so clear.  We have now ordered two portions and plan to continue each year.  The quality is unsurpassed, and the flavor is outstanding.   The family is friendly and easy to work with, and I highly recommend ordering through Hess Farm.
